URBAN EARTH: LONDON

URBAN EARTH is a project to (re)present our habitat by walking across some of Earth’s biggest urban areas. The media distorts the way we see our world(s) with stereotypical images highlighting the most extremes of places. URBAN EARTH aims to expose what our cities really look like away from the bias and spin of commercial agendas.

CRAZY DUTCH MAN STRIKES AGAIN!

At the last Lowlands festival in the Netherlands Eboman made a new composition in collaboration with the audience. With a team he collected videosamples with the audience and impressions of the festival which resulted in the following collaborative video composition of the festival. Solid steel in the Surgery…

The amazing turntable skills of Ninja Tune’s DJ Food and DK where in full effect last week as they rehearsed their new audio visual set in the surgery using the new Serato software and Rane mixers. It was a thrilling experience and we enjoyed their company but needless to say, we didn’t manage to get much work done! Look out of them at up and coming gig’s..

CREATIVE WORKSHOP - SAPPORO JAPAN


The Light Surgeons will be leading a two week creative multi-media workshop at the Intercross Creative Centre in Sapporo, Japan, from the 3rd to the 14th of March 2008. The aim of the project will be to create a unique collaborative film which will be screen at the G8 sumet in June.
