This music video was created in 2007 as a audio-visual track from the live cinema performance project True Fictions : New Adventures In Folklore. It features a collection of New York state based hip-hop mc’s free styling a series of verses in response to the theme of “Truth, Myth & America”.
These MC’s participated in a set of freestyle sessions as part of the audio-visual recording sessions conducted during the project and then these were edited and arranged to a new electronic track created by the UK electronic artist Scanone.
